Hello! I hope the new year is off to a good start for everyone.  Well, I can't believe I have actually done it, I have created my own website.  I was very intimidated initially, but it wasn't really too very horrifying.  I'm really looking forward to hearing about all of your great "treasure hunting" adventures and what fabulous finds you found!  I know I am really getting that "junking itch" to get out there!

Thanks so much for your words of encouragement and to all of you who have come out to my open houses.  I have enjoyed meeting you, and look forward to many years of friendship. 

I am going to be doing several "outside" shows over the next several months.  Both literally, and outside of my house.  I hope you will be able to attend some.  I will only participate in shows that I would actually like to attend myself, and I think you will really enjoy everything that these events have to offer.

One of these events is the Lavender Festival in Romeo sponsored by Gabriel's Garden.  Gabriel's Garden premier issue of their quarterly magazine is now available in specialty stores.  Lots of interesting articles and recipes featuring lavender, and everything Michigan.  Be sure to look for Chic Antiques ad too!

New Inventory
Thanks again to everyone for their very inspiring and touching comments! It is so rewarding to me to do what I love and have so many people cheering me on!!

I also wanted to thank everyone who came out to my last event. Again, it is so inspiring to know I have such loyal customers already!! Now that the weather might start to get a little better in the very near future (I hope) I should have lots of new things at my April open house. Remember too, that I have a basement full of unfinished treasures that I can customize to fit your decor. I'm looking forward to seeing you there!

Really enjoyed your website and the variety of unique pieces that you're offering! I got a real sense of your creative nature and talent and you're quite inspiring. Would love to come to your event, especially after seeing all of the great things on your website. Very Impressive Website!!!!!
You did a terrific job on the website!!! I showed people at work the pictures of items you have done. They were very impressed and said you were very reasonably priced on all the items you showed. I guess when you are famous I can say "I knew you when......" Best of Luck in doing what you do best and have always had a calling to do!!!!
